About this Villa
Villa is divided into three floors and offers the possibility of living, eating and sleeping on one floor. On the upper floor there is a large bedroom with bathroom en suite and a large terrace with views of the Montgó and up to Moraira. The lower floor is furnished as a relaxation area and has access to the terrace surrounding the beautifully designed pool. It has a bedroom and bathroom.
On the ground floor, the villa is surrounded by open nayas where you can choose sun or shade. The outdoor kitchen is nearby for hosting all kinds of fun events on the terrace.
The living room overlooks the valley and has a calm atmosphere where everyone can relax around the fireplace when the nights get longer and colder. The dining room is located between the kitchen, the living room and the bedrooms. Two large bedrooms with a bathroom to share but complete this floor.
The climate of the house can be regulated by underfloor heating and hidden split air conditioning. Small details such as electric gates, garage and saltwater pool are not lacking.
